YOGA & MEDITATION
(OFFLINE AND ONLINE)
The Department of
Physical education and Sports of Pt. Mohan Lal S.D. College for Women,
Gurdaspur organized one month Short Term Course on Yoga & Meditation from
10th June 2021 to 10th July 2021 for students. 25 students were enrolled for
this course from college students and outsiders.
The course instructor Ms.
Gagandeep Kaur covered the basic knowledge of different yoga postures and meditation
for remaining fit & healthy.
We discussed the following Asanas, Postures, and
Techniques etc.

of Yoga.
* History of Yoga
*Celebrated

* Knowledge about
