01 Nov 2023 ↑ 2 STAR RATING BY IIC, MINISTRY OF EDUCATION

The college achieved a remarkable milestone of securing 2 stars in the IIC star rating under the Ministry of Education. IIC is an Initiative of the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD), Govt. of India for selected Higher Education Institutes. MHRD has established ‘MHRD’s own Innovation Cell (MIC)’. The primary mandate of MIC is to encourage, inspire and nurture young students by supporting them to work with new ideas and transform their idea into prototypes, while they are in formative years. Every year, the Union Ministry of Education evaluates and ranks institutes based on their performance and activities conducted throughout the year. This year, the highly anticipated rankings were released on 16th November 2023. After registering with the Institution Innovation Council in December 2022, PMLSD College has excelled over the past 10 months and achieved a two-star rating for 2022-23 academic session. This achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support from the College Management and the collective efforts of our IIC team, guided by the committed leadership of IIC President, Principal Dr. (Mrs.) Neeru Sharma and IIC-Convener Dr. Ravneet Kaur.
