Our student Gurpreet Kaur won two bronze medals in the Gatka State Level Competition held at Bhikhowal, Hoshiarpur on 25th and 26th July 2024. She won these medals in the Single Soti Team Event and the Single Soti Individual Event. Additionally, Manjit Kaur secured a bronze medal in the same competition. The coach, Mr. Variam Singh, played a significant role in their success. We are thrilled to announce that our student, Gurpreet Kaur, secured a bronze medal in the ‘Khelo India Wushu Women's League 2024’ (North Zone) held at NIS Patiala. This remarkable achievement is a testament to Gurpreet's dedication, hard work, and exceptional talent in Wushu. Additionally, both Gurpreet Kaur and Manjit Kaur have been selected to compete in the All India National Khelo India Wushu Women's League. Their selection for this prestigious competition highlights their outstanding skills and commitment to the sport. In recognition of her impressive performance, Gurpreet Kaur has been honoured with a cash prize of Rs. 2000.
